It happens that when we see offers like these, we simply can’t resist them. Direct mail marketing reaches the right customers with the right offers and is miles away from phony million dollar offers.
Have “email only” offers in the bill holder. Test different offers to see what works like a free birthday dinner up to $xx, or free gift on their next visit. This gives your employees a reason to ask the customers for their addresses.
1) Send a letter to one or two real estate agents per day. Be sure to stay organized. Use software or some other method to keep track of who needs a follow up call each day.
Once we reach a technical support individual they are too often unable to assist with the problem, exhibit minimal skill sets and knowledge of our systems, or give conflicting answers. In my opinion, our technical personnel are below average in the industry. I am certain they are hindered by the inadequacies of our systems, but they are also separate and apart from systems concerns.
So how to you get customer testimonials? Pick up the phone and call your customers! Provide an after-sale wendys customer survey. Make certain you have a note attached to the survey saying their comments may be used in your advertising and your website. Ask what they thought of your product or service. Inquire what they liked about it and how it was helpful for them.
The system is incredibly slow. My computer freezes up at least once or twice a day doing routine tasks. I suspect that we are trying to do too much for the CPU’s resources.
By the way, if you are the shy type and do not want to conduct seminars or face to face realtor meetings, you can always hire someone or bring on a partner to do this stuff for you.
